In Avengers v5 #2, Steve tells Tony they need a solid base of experienced Avengers on their expanded roster and Tony pulls up a preliminary list of past and present Avengers he recommends.
Tony: Already there. i’ve done the initial vetting of everyone on this list. We’ll want to get into it a bit more…but for now, I think we’re find using this as a launching point.
Steve: All right.

Since I’m curious who else Hickman is planning on bringing into his expanded Avengers team, I tried to put together as much of the list as I could. Some of the partially obscured names are easy to figure out, but some were harder.
My best guesses:
Kelsey Shorr aka Lionheart (the only former Avenger I can find whose name ends in “orr”)
Angelica Jones. (I’d originally thought Jessica Jones, but this makes much more sense)
Delroy Garrett Jr. (another character of color, but not a very interesting one in my opinion)
Vance Astrovik (figuring out Angelica made this obvious)
Crystalia Amaquelin [Thanks ucarim!]
[unknown] (Maybe Walter Newell aka Stingray?)
[unknown] Reed Richards?
[unknown] Sue Storm?
[unknown] Ben Grimm? (not a lot to go on with these three, but it fits and they have all been Avengers before)
Bonita Juarez (another character of color. An interesting choice)
[unknown] (I have a dark suspicion this is Barbara Morse listed as Barbara Barton and if so I am decidedly unimpressed.)
Monica Rambeau (yes please!)
James Barnes (I didn’t know Tony even knew Bucky was still alive)
I laughed to see Marc Spector there. I’d like to see them pick either Monica Rambeau or Carol Danvers … and Wanda and Pietro.

Tony Stark [in caption]: It started with an idea. the spark that started the fire was expansion. Our Captain spoke, and gave the idea form. He said the words, and made it real. He said…
Captain America: Assemble at dawn.
Tony Stark [in caption]: Assemble at dawn. And how could we not?

Steve Rogers: Nhhmmm?
Tony Stark: Wake up, old man. I haven’t been able to sleep. I couldn’t stop thinking about something you said, and, well… I’ve been busy. I’m sorry. I know it’s late.
Steve: It’s fine, Tony. I’m grateful.
Tony: Bad dreams?
Steve: Something like that.
Tony: Come on, I’ll buy you coffee.
So… this idea has been running through my mind. It’s overwhelming — all-consuming — and I can’t shut it off. The exact same thing happened the day we found you.
Steve: You remember that?
Tony: Oh… I remember everything about that day. We started something that mattered. Because of you, the world changed. I changed.
See, the best ideas are always hte simlest. And the last week when we were talking about how things keep escalation… How the world is ever more dangerous, how threats are more frequent… How our enemies are seemingly endless… Well, Steve, that’s a complex problem, but you had a pretty simple answer. Do you remember what you said?
Steve: I do.
Tony: Well, not, I’m sure you were right. We have to get bigger.

Jessica: F-f-fainting g-g-goats… G-g-genius, right? I-instead of h-hulking out or r-running off to M-madripoor th-th-they f-f-freak out and t-t-take a n-nap until the feeling p-p-passes. Why can’t in-instant n-mapping be m-my s-super-power? Or g-good choices? L-like w-why didn’t I pick the team with r-rocket b-boots…?
Hulk: Spider-woman cold?
Jessica: It is eighteen-b-bazillion degrees below zero, big guy. Spider-woman is f-freezing her—
[Hulk wraps his warm hands around Jessica’s head and shoulders.]
Jessica: Oh, wow. This is not humiliating at all.
[Hulk lifts his hands up]
Jessica: No! Keep them three. Just…pick up the p-pace. I s-suddenly feel the need to p-punch Tony Stark for this.
[Hulk picks Jessica up under his arm and runs, roaring]
